About the Support at Home program
The Support at Home program replaces the Home Care Package and Short Term Restorative Care Programmes and commences 1 November 2025.
Our bite-sized modules are designed to give Aged Care workers and providers a clear, practical understanding of the Support at Home program rules and how they apply in day-to-day service delivery.
Delivered in a engaging 5-minute videos, our courses are ideal for onboarding new staff or refreshing current team members, helping your organisation meet its compliance requirements quickly and effectively.
Individuals
Individuals that purchase our course tend to be sole traders working with self-managed providers.
Individuals receive a certificate of completion automatically on completion of all modules and quizzes.
Organisations
Aged Care Providers can enroll their team in two ways:
- via our Learning Management System (LMS)
- via a SCORM package (for your current LMS)

Our Support at Home program course is instructed by Scott Lynch:
- AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist
- Founder of Community Therapy
Scott is an experienced Physiotherapist who has worked for within the aged care sector, residential and community, for 15 years.
Scott founded Community Therapy which is one of Australia’s largest family-owned regional allied health providers with nearing 150 team members. As a CHSP provider also partnering with HCP, STRC, DSOA and residential aged care providers, Scott brings a unique lense to the quality and compliance requirements for diversified and mobile teams.
Scott has also served as Vice Chair of the Australian Physiotherapy Association’s Gerontology Committee and on several Department of Health, Disability and Ageing committees including recently the Technical Advisory Group on the Quality Indicator expansion.

Yes. If you’re using our Learning Management System (LMS), you’ll have access to real-time progress tracking and reporting features to support audit readiness.

Yes. This course is SCORM-compliant and can be integrated into your existing LMS if preferred.
