1. Seniors Wellbeing Group
Designed for older adults looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
This customisable program combines physical exercise with health education, helping participants stay active, socially connected, and informed about healthy aging strategies.
Led by our team of qualified allied health professionals, this program is perfect for those who want a holistic approach to maintaining their independence and quality of life.
2. ‘Stepping On’ Program
7-week program focuses on falls prevention. This program is ideal for older adults (65 years and over) who have experienced a fall or are at risk of falling.
Participants will engage in strength and balance exercises while receiving education on reducing fall risks at home and in the community. The program also fosters social engagement, making it a supportive and interactive way to enhance safety and confidence.
3. Free Exercise Group (PHN Funded)
This 12-week program includes group exercise classes and individual sessions with an accredited Exercise Physiologist, all aimed at empowering participants to live longer and more independently at home. It is for older adults living with chronic health conditions who are not supported by other funding.
This program is supported by funding from the Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (the PHN) through the Australian Government’s PHN Program.
