About Our Charlestown Clinic
Our Charlestown CT Kids clinic is located at the H+ Plus consulting suites at Suite 11, 99 Pacific Highway, Charlestown. Our Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists support babies, children, and young people up to 18 years old.
Using evidence-based family centered care, we take a holistic approach and work closely with you, your child, and other care providers including extended family members, day care and preschool staff, school personnel, and external service providers to create a customised program that is targeted to your child’s needs and goals.
We support NDIS participants and private paying clients. If your child is in need of support, you can book directly online here or contact us to discuss your needs.

How do you book an appointment at the clinic?

How do I pay for my appointment?
Payments are not processed at our clinic. Our administration team is based at our head office at Mayfield West.
An invoice will be sent to you following your appointment.
Invoices can be paid online or via bank deposit.

How do I claim a medicare or private health rebate?
Once paid, your invoice will turn into a receipt. You can use this to obtain a medicare or private health rebate.

Are you NDIS registered?
Yes, we are NDIS registered however not for ECEI. This means that we can support children under 9 only if they are self-managed or plan-managed.

Do you provide home or school visits too?
Yes, we are a fully mobile team and provide visits across Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Port Stephens, Hunter Valley and Central Coast.
