Why Join Our Administration #DreamTeam?
At Community Therapy, we have become a local healthcare leader across Newcastle, the Central Coast, the Hunter Valley, and Port Stephens—not just because of our clinicians, but because of the incredible administrative team supporting them behind the scenes.
As a core member of our Administration team, you are the crucial link between our clients, healthcare partners, and clinical staff, ensuring our mobile allied health services run seamlessly every single day.

What You Will Do & How You Will Make an Impact
Our Admin team is the heartbeat of our organisation, managing client journeys from the very first phone call through to ongoing service delivery. Whether you are assisting family members, coordinating with NDIS support coordinators, or streamlining clinician schedules, your day-to-day work will directly empower our team and clients through:
Client Onboarding & Intake: Welcoming new clients, processing referrals across NDIS, Aged Care, and private funding streams, and setting up initial assessments with care and empathy.
Smart Scheduling & Roster Coordination: Optimizing daily travel schedules and appointments for our team of 50+ mobile clinicians across four regions to ensure stress-free days on the road.
Healthcare Partner & Billing Support: Liaising with NDIS plan managers, Aged Care providers, and GP clinics while keeping billing, claim processing, and client records organized and compliant.
Team Operations & Customer Service: Providing phone support, resolving daily operational queries, and supporting a warm, efficient, and compassionate environment for both clients and staff.

Everything You Need to Thrive in Your Career
We believe that providing exceptional administrative support requires a workplace that truly invests in its people. As part of our Admin team, you will receive full structural backing to build a fulfilling, stable career:
