Why Join Our Paediatric Speech Pathology #DreamTeam?

At Community Therapy, we believe that every child deserves a voice and the ability to connect safely with the world around them.

What You Will Do & Who You Will Empower

Your work as a Paediatric Speech Pathologist will touch every aspect of a child’s developmental growth. Working closely with families, early childhood educators, and NDIS support teams, your clinical focus will cover:

  • Speech Sound & Language Development: Assessing and treating articulation disorders, phonological delays, receptive/expressive language difficulties, and literacy skills.

  • Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC): Assessing, prescribing, and implementing high-tech and low-tech AAC tools to empower non-speaking or minimally speaking children.

  • Paediatric Feeding & Dysphagia: Supporting fussy eaters, sensory feeding challenges, and swallowing difficulties in close collaboration with our internal Paediatric Dietitians.

  • Social Communication & Neuroaffirming Care: Delivering strengths-based, neuroaffirming interventions that foster natural social connection and self-advocacy.
