Community Therapy provides mobile Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics and Massage Therapy services to the suburb of Gosford, NSW and surrounding suburbs.
Community Therapy was established in the Hunter in 2016. Since then, the Central Coast has become a core region that we operate in.
We currently provide mobile allied health services in Gosford for NDIS participants, older adults with home care packages, older adults with medicare plans and people recovering from surgeries at home.
Our Occupational Therapists are experienced with delivering home modification projects and assessing for and prescribing assistive equipment.

NDIS Participants
We are a NDIS registered provider of allied health services on the Central Coast.
Our clinicians help people living with disabilities to achieve their NDIS goals.
We support NDIS participants with Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and Speech Pathology services.
We also provide SDA and SIL assessments, home modifications and assistive technology assessments under the NDIS.
Support at Home Allied Health
We are partnered with most approved Support at Home Providers on the Central Coast to help people live longer and achieve a higher quality of life at home.
Our allied health professionals are mobile and visit home care clients in their homes.
We also assist with the allied health management of Day Therapy Programs.
We are experienced in adhering to the aged care standards and become a core part of a home care providers clinical team.
Residential Aged Care
We partner with residential aged care facilities on the Central Coast.
We specialise in proving evidence based group and individual allied health programs for residential aged care facilities, including exercise programs.
We also provide ongoing Physiotherapy assessment and care planning services.
Physiotherapy
Our Physiotherapists provide home visit services to help clients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
We work with:
- NDIS participants to achieve physical and functional goals
- Older adults with Support at Home Packages to prevent falls and improve quality of life
- Individuals recovering from surgery or illness at home
Services include exercise programs, mobility assessments, pain management, and rehabilitation support.
Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapists help people live safely and independently at home.
We are proficient with:
- Home modifications (ramps, rails, bathroom and access improvements)
- Assistive technology and equipment prescription
- Functional assessments and capacity building programs
- SDA and SIL assessments under the NDIS
Our team works closely with builders, families, and coordinators to deliver practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
Dietetics
Our Accredited Practising Dietitians provide nutrition support and education to help clients maintain health, manage conditions, and achieve personal goals. We assist with:
- Diabetes and cardiovascular health
- Swallowing difficulties (in collaboration with Speech Pathologists)
- Nutrition for disability and complex care needs
Our Dietitians visit clients in their homes and aged care facilities, offering personalised dietary advice and care plans.
