Get The Support You Require
We offer a wide range of disability-related services for NDIS participants in Lisarow. Our services are tailored to each person’s needs, giving customers the flexibility to choose the support that best suits their requirements. This might include

We Provide Exercise Programs Across the Central Coast
Community Therapy provides exercise and therapy programs either 1:1, or sometimes in groups.
Our Group Programs are led by experienced Physiotherapists, AHAs, and Exercise Physiologists. We make every session fun and engaging by incorporating games and creativity!
These programs focus on improving general wellbeing through weekly, supervised exercise classes that specifically target strength and balance.
