About
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) announced changes to their Home Modification Guidelines in September 2022.
One of the key changes was the definition of minor modifications and complex modifications determined by cost and structural impact of the property.
The NDIS has also outlined the requirements for an Occupational Therapist to be a Home Modifications Assessor in order to complete Category B Minor Modifications and Complex Home Modifications.
This 15 minute on-demand webinar (15 minutes 49 seconds to be exact!) will cover:
- Key changes to the Home Modification Categories
- Changes to who is involved in the Home Modifications process
- Documentation/application requirements to ensure Home Modification funding is included within the participant plan
