Pressure injury care and management is a vital tool in a clinician’s toolbox when working with clients across the lifespan  within the community setting. The Waterlow Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment is a popular screening tool used to assist in determining a client’s pressure risk. 

This bite size training (7 minutes to be exact!) has been developed to provide additional details around the scoring system for the Waterlow Assessment, to allow it to be scored consistently across any team or organisation.
