Career Development and Leadership Opportunities

Over the years Community Therapy has developed strong leadership pathways and career growth opportunities. We see many team members progress each year from junior to senior clinicians, take on clinical specialties, as well as grow into Clinical Support and Clinical Leadership roles.

As part of our leadership program we run monthly workshops to expand our leaders skills so they can better support our team and one another. We’ve recently invested in a leadership platform, giving our leaders 24/7 access to high quality leadership training and resources. We then run monthly workshops where we deep dive into the concepts and come up with ideas together to take our Community Therapy team from good to great. The feedback about our leadership program has been overwhelmingly positive from all involved.

Moreover, we offer dedicated pathways for progression beyond the standard yearly progression, recognising the individual achievements and aspirations of our team members. We are committed to providing opportunities for professional and financial development, allowing our employees to thrive and reach their full potential within our organisation.
